NSW dwelling setbacks & site coverage · every codified DCP

Method. Victorian tables are generated at deploy time from Feasibly's codified bundle of all 79 Victorian councils' residential zone schedules (792 schedules, human-verified against the source planning scheme ordinance and monitored daily for amendments). The NSW table is machine-extracted from council DCPs at screening-grade confidence (39 councils independently verified): a different confidence tier, labelled as such on the page. Screening reference only: verify with the relevant council before acting.
