- No. Feasibly is preliminary screening. Use it to flag issues, then engage a qualified planner or rely on the official certificate (e.g. 10.7) for the contract.
- Which states are covered?
- VIC, NSW, SA, QLD (SEQ councils), WA, ACT, and TAS — roughly 455 councils. NT is the only deferred jurisdiction (no working spatial API).
- What if a zone comes back wrong?
