If something doesn't work
Most setups complete in under 2 minutes.
If yours doesn't, that's a bug we want to know about, not a problem you should solve alone. Three things to check first:
- Confirm your client supports MCP. Claude Desktop, claude.ai, ChatGPT (Developer Mode), Cursor, Windsurf all do. If yours doesn't, use the REST API.
- Check the API key is correctly pasted. Common mistake: a trailing space or a newline. The key looks like
feasibly_sk_followed by 32 hexadecimal characters — 44 characters in total, no spaces. Anything shorter is truncated. - Read the troubleshooting guide. Every error message the server sends, what causes it, and how to clear it. If it isn't there, email hello@feasibly.com.au — replies under 24h, stuck-at-setup tickets prioritised.
