Wrong-zone guarantee

If we get the zone wrong, we make it right.

Free lookup. Ten bonus credits. Public correction in the changelog. Every claim becomes a permanent dataset improvement.

This is how we underwrite accuracy. Every Feasibly response is sent with confidence; every wrong answer is fixed publicly.

Free credit · 10 bonus credits · Public dataset correction

The promise

Three things you get when we're wrong.

No quibbling, no gatekeeping, no "but the API said…" excuses. The zone we returned was wrong — here's what happens.

01 — Refund

That lookup is free.

The credit you spent on the wrong-zone lookup is refunded to your account immediately on claim approval.

02 — Bonus

Ten more credits, on us.

Ten bonus lookup credits added to your account. The bonus reflects our cost: we owe you the time you spent verifying our wrong answer.

03 — Correction

Public dataset entry.

The corrected value goes into the public changelog with the date, council, source URL, and corrected value. Permanent record.

How to file

Five steps. Two emails.

Most claims are handled within 24 hours. The Playwright zone-verifier confirms against the planning scheme website; if you're right, the credit goes in immediately.

C. 02

Email claims@feasibly.com.au.

Subject line: Wrong-zone claim — [council name]. Include the address, what Feasibly returned, what the planning scheme actually says, and the source URL.

C. 03

We verify against the source.

Our Playwright verifier scrapes the planning scheme page directly. If the scheme says one thing and we returned another, the claim is approved.

C. 04

Credit + bonus applied.

Refund + 10 bonus credits land in your account. You get a confirmation email with the changelog reference number.

C. 05

Dataset correction published.

The fixed value lands in the public changelog with the date, council, schedule code, parameter, old value, new value, and source URL.

Got a wrong zone? Email us.
